Team Registration will need to be done ONLINE (Roster & all Payments*). Paper Players' Waivers will still be required before 1st Game (drop off at Front Desk). Team Reg DEADLINE is always 10 days prior to your League's Start Date.
Our Office Hours are limited, for safety of our Staff & Customers. As long as we remain in a pandemic, we will try to eliminate as much need for in-person contact in our Lobby as possible. Please work with us to help us all get thru this flu + COVID season indoors!
Please communicate via email as much as possible and handle your Team(s)' business on your Team Page on our Website.
* Please maintain appropriate distancing while inside the facility.
* Masks REQUIRED of everyone while in the facility. Players may remove them to play. Coaches will keep masks on during games. Anyone refusing to comply will cause their team to be removed from the league.
* Coaches and Players need to bring their own drinks and hand sanitizer and should not share anything. Players should always have two colors of shirts available (no pinnies/vests).
* (EFFECTIVE Nov 20) SPECTATORS are now limited to ONE (1) GUEST PER PLAYER inside the facility. Drivers may wait in vehicles/outside, if needed. We suggest having one person there to video, livestream, facebook Live, etc for others to watch from home. Those inside the building need to stay apart from other Guests, wear Masks at all times, and don't gather/linger in common areas (Lobby).
* Only ONE Adult Coach in the Team Bench Area and only uniformed, rostered Players.
* No Over-Times. We need to maintain the gaps between games to limit the number of people in the facility at any one time.
* Concessions will be available, but very limited selections. Drinks are always available via the machine in the Lobby.
* Bathrooms and high-touch points will be cleaned frequently.
* Doors might be kept open all around the facility to encourage air movement, weather permitting.

Youth Open Soccer Tuesdays
Tuesdays, 9-14 yr olds, 6:30-8:00pm. $5
Open Soccer Nights offer Boys & Girls pick-up games.
No Coaches, no Referees, no Parents, just kids playing freely!
(we do provide High School/College players to supervise)
Kids should wear a color shirt (any) and also bring a White shirt
(so we don't need to use vests)
No Parents by field or in bleachers, stay in Lobby. The point of this activity is to
let kids play without adult interference/influence.

Team Info must be submitted with Deposit (if indicated) no later than 10 days prior to League Start Date. This is the required Application Form for all NEW league teams. - COVID Waiver (REQUIRED for All Participants 2020-21 Season)
- Player Registration/Release Form (REQUIRED, even if registered online)
Required by ALL Participants in all Hallmark II activities. These re-set every Aug 1 (need new each year). - Team Roster Form (REQUIRED, but paper version not required if you are building your roster online. Online will be "Official" Roster)
Teams must submit Preliminary Roster with Team Registration Form & Deposit.
Players may be added/dropped thru Game 2.
Each Player on a Team Roster must also have a CURRENT Player Registration Form/Waiver on-file BEFORE participation.
Players can only be on ONE Team Roster in any one League/Age Division.
Youth Teams must indicate/highlight clearly any players that are rostered with a travel/Premiere team (3 Max per team).
To play in our High School Leagues, a Player must be IN High School (or of appropriate age).
Adult Leagues are for 18 & older (a HS Player may play IF 18)

Applications
Online Registration for Session 1 is NOW OPEN - Registering Online is Easy AND REQUIRED THIS YEAR!!
Just follow these steps via our website:
- Click the SCHEDULES & REGISTRATION link on the top menu bar, this will take you to your DASH Platform page.
- Enter the email address that you gave us (on your Player Reg/Waiver or Team Roster) and LOGIN.
- Click REGISTER on the top left menu.
- Select the TEAM/LEAGUE Registration box.
- Next, you can pick the specific League or Class you want. Note the descriptions – signing up for a class or league that you don’t qualify for will cause problems later! (Note that an adult will show up as “Not eligible, too old”, but you may still continue the Registration process, just click “OK” when the system challenges you)
- Here, enter your Team Name. If this team has already played here and roster is almost* the same, just select it from the list – note that this will import/copy the previous team's roster! (*Otherwise, just Register as a New Team, even if name will be same. This is recommended if you have many roster changes!) NOTE! Full Fee is required to complete the online Class/Team Registration process!
- To checkout, just click NEXT, PAY DEPOSIT, CHECKOUT, then enter your credit card information. (DASH uses a secure payment network, your credit card information will not be seen by anyone).
- You are now registered and your name will appear on the Team/league List and will now appear in the League Standings* (unless new in Session 2, then you'll be on WAIT LIST). *Note: except Rec Leagues (HS Co and U8, where standings are not kept
- Now, ADD PLAYERS to your Roster by using the "INVITE" button. This emails them an invite to join your team. When they reply "YES", they are automatically added to your official Roster. Once on your Online Roster, payments can be made by individual players there (tho we prefer a SINGLE CC payment from Coach/Manager online).
ALL REGISTRATIONS ARE SUBJECTED TO OUR FACILITY’S APPROVAL. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUND, REMOVE, OR MOVE A TEAM OR CLASS MEMBER AS SUITS OUR FACILITY’S PROGRAM NEEDS.

We offer two custom designed soccer fields with grass-like turf, a combined Tennis-Futsal Court, air conditioning & heat throughout our entire facility, full-service concessions and a spacious lounge overlooking our fields. Our outdoor facility is the Hallmark Sports Complex in Lowell, Indiana! This 20 acre site currently accommodates 4-8 full-sized (75x120 yard), 2-4 U12 (60x75 yard), 2-4 U10 fields (all outdoor). The site hosts Spring and Fall Youth Soccer League matches (including the National League: Midwest Conference, the USL Super-Y League, NISL (IL), ISL(IN)) just about every spring/fall weekend. We have also hosted large collegiate Ultimate Frisbee Tourneys and will be hosting a spring lacrosse event in 2019!
