INDOOR SOCCER LEAGUES 2010-11

Session I:  Team Fee $795
Online Registration is now open!!!

• Adult Leagues Session 1 start week of Oct 19
• High School Leagues* Session 1 start weekend of Oct 22
  *Futsal Session 1 starts mid-Nov
• Youth Leagues Session 1 start weekend of Oct 30
  

• To Register, all Leagues/all Teams must submit no later than 7 days prior to your league’s Start Date.

  • Team Registration Form (incl Team Mgr info)
  • Completed Team Roster Form (can add/drop thru Game 3)
  • Player Waiver/Release for every Player on Roster
  • Full Team Fee (one check or cc payment per team please)

  NEW TEAMS will join on a WAITING LIST and will be added as room opens.
  If your team cannot be placed in a league, you will receive a FULL refund.
  No Teams will be placed on a schedule until above are turned in.
  You can mail, fax, or bring directly to the arena.
  All required forms are available here on the site!
  
  RETURNING TEAMS only need turn in their Team Fee and the Re-Application Form. Note any roster changes there. Any brand new players joining still need to turn in a Waiver before playing!
  All Team Payments are to be submitted as a single payment, check or credit card prefered.
