Registering Online is Easy
Just follow these steps:
- Click the SCHEDULES link on top menu, this will take you to your MySAM page.
- Enter the email address that you gave us and LOGIN.
- Click REGISTER on the left menu.
- Select the Team Registration box. (be sure to leave the Facility menu alone, unless you are registering for a different facility than the one you last played at: Hallmark 2 = Merrillville, Indiana; Hallmark 1 = Frankfort, Illinois)
- Now you may choose the League that you want to register for.
- Next screen lets you pick the specific League. Note the descriptions – signing up for a league that you don’t qualify for will cause problems later! Note that an adult will show up as “Not eligible, too old”, but you may still continue the Registration process, just click “OK” when the system challenges you.
- Here, enter your Team Name. If this team has already played here and roster is almost* the same, just select it from the list – note that this will import/copy the previous teams roster! (*Otherwise, just do Register New Team, even if name will be same. This is recommended if you have many roster changes!) NOTE! $200 deposit is required to complete the online Team Registration process!
- To checkout, just click NEXT, PAY DEPOSIT, CHECKOUT, then entire your credit card information. (MySAM uses a secure payment network, your credit card information will not be seen by anyone).
- You are now registered and your Team will now appear in the League Standings for your selected League.
ALL REGISTRATIONS ARE SUBJECTED TO OUR FACILITY’S APPROVAL. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUND, REMOVE, OR MOVE A TEAM AS SUITS OUR FACILITY’S PROGRAM NEEDS.
After registering a Team, you now need to get your Team Roster and Player Waiver Forms into our office no later than 3 days prior to your League Start Date!
